Job Description

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications

3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree.

Experience in one or more of the below areas:
Personnel Security (DoD and DOE Clearances and Reporting)
Physical Security (OSW – NISP Facility, Access Control, Secure Room, Alarm System, Fire Control System, EAP)
Information Security (E.O. 13526 & 13556 Compliance, Security Incidents)
Industrial Security (DD254, Vendor/Subcontractor Access to KSO and OSW)
RMF/ Information Assurance (Site Security Plan, PEDs, data spills)
NNL/KSO Requirements (Critiques, DOE investigations, badge control)
DCSA (NISPOM, Facility Clearance, Facility Specific SOP, RISO Reporting, Annual Inspection)
COOP (Planning & Drills, Emergency Services Coordination)
Force Protection (Armed Guard Force Coordination/Oversight, Use of Force, Active Shooter)
Security Awareness (Initial & Annual Training, KSO specifics, Debriefings, Compliance Requirements)
Foreign Travel and Foreign Contact Reporting
