The Role

The HII Corporate Office has an opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst 3 to join the team! This position will be responsible for:

Preparing regulatory summary reports to the divisions; building metrics slides and reports for the Contracts & Government Compliance team, maintaining current Corporate Office TINA disclosures; serving as SharePoint Administrator for C&GC; serving as system administrator for the Organizational Conflict of Interest vetting system; coordinating command media revisions with the divisions to best comply with laws, regulations, and other Government requirements for Contracts and Supply Chain Management; building training decks for Records, Contracts, and Supply Chain; facilitating the Supply Chain Management Councils with division managers and executives; maintaining the Corporate Office Records Management system; representing Corporate on information governance meetings; support cross divisional improvements and adequacy for the Procurement, MMAS, and Government Property DFARS Business Systems; and leading and participating on companywide improvement initiatives.

 In carrying out these responsibilities they will interpret federal, state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, business processes, and other processes, practices and procedures. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies. May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.

 Will have frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Demonstrates skill and proficiency in Microsoft business products.  General application of concepts and principles. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and CoPilot

• Sound critical thinking skills

• Extensive experience building PowerPoint briefs

• Technical or policy writing experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable federal regulations

• Professional experience with audits and assessments
