Job Description

The Treasury Analyst for Banking & Capital Markets reports to the Assistant Treasurer and Corporate Director of Banking & Capital Markets and supports all areas pertaining to banking relationships, capital markets relationships, rating agency relationships, trade finance, and credit agreement and bond indenture compliance.

Additionally, the Treasury Analyst supports the debt and derivative management (e.g. interest rate analysis, foreign exchange risk mitigation, etc.), share repurchase analysis and activity, capital structure strategy, long range strategic growth initiative analysis, and the evaluation of other cash deployment opportunities and their impact on the Company’s credit profile.

The Treasury Analyst supports the development of various Corporate Policies related to Financing Arrangements, Derivative Transactions, Advances to Suppliers as well as other Treasury policies

Basic Qualifications

6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master degree in a relevant discipline and relevant work experience
  • Background in Corporate Finance, financial planning and accounting experience
  • It is highly preferred that a candidate have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as strong analytical abilities
