Job Description

Position Summary / Responsibilities
Maintains and installs security systems for any manual or automated systems. Responsible for ensuring the protection of corporate data against unauthorized disclosure, accidental or intentional loss of data, or unauthorized modification.

Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts, and principles. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.

Problem Solving

Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.


Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.


Impact

Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgement or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
Liaison

Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. May make presentations to small groups.
 

Project Responsibilities:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team member will be responsible for identity lifecycle management of all internal and external users requiring access to the company’s assets. The IAM team member will assist in safeguard the company’s assets, intellectual property, and information systems in support of the company’s business objectives.
The Privileged Account Management (PAM) team member will be responsible for Safe Maintenance and Privileged Account identity lifecycle management of all internal and external elevated users requiring access to the company’s assets.
The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) team member will be responsible for lifecycle management and upgrades to Intercede/MyID and YubiKey deployments of all internal and external users requiring access to the company’s assets.


Responsibilities:

Fulfilling user access requests and resolving incident tickets within agreed upon SLAs
Supporting Identity & Access Management audit activities
Working across cross teams and effectively deliver IAM services across business lines
Identify or diagnose failed permissions and access levels
Communicating with customers, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Supporting and administering enterprise access, including knowledge of user identity provisioning and access management.
Multi-tasking to include the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
Adheres to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
 Clearance:

Candidate must have a confidential Level clearance with the ability to gain a secret level clearance

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 6 years of experience. Masters Degree and 4 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree.
