The Role
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 8 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:
- NNS Apprentice School graduate
- Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
- Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
- Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
- High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
- High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience

Content Development:
• Subject Matter Experts: Conducting thorough interviews with subject matter experts to source curriculum content
• Ability to research, develop, editing, and tailoring content to suit user needs.
• SharePoint: A solid understanding of SharePoint's structure, including site collections, content databases, and service applications, is crucial for effective management and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement Expertise;
• Proficiency in Lean tools for problem-solving and data-driven methodology enhancing quality by eliminating defects in processes
• Change management is a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations to a desired future state.
• Process mapping visualizes and understands the sequence of actions in workflows
Project Management & Communication
• Project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables for improvement initiatives
• Strong communication skills to foster alignment and secure leadership support
• Stakeholder Engagement with regular updates, feedback loops, and transparent reporting keep stakeholders informed and aligned with project goals
