Job Description

Interfaces between systems analysts/programmers and users located in a specialized area to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization. Documents product/service requirements and develops test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out. Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program.

  • Provide and present creative solutions for complex Business requirements with understanding of Business process and SuccessFactors system and drive the teams to a collective best practice system solution for an Integrated HR environment.
  • Good understanding of HR, Payroll and Benefits Business processes.
  • Good understanding of Hire to Retire Business process.
  • Create and lead the execution of test strategies for SuccessFactors including semi-annual releases
  • Responsible for analyzing SuccessFactors replication errors to SAP on premise, troubleshooting and implementing resolutions.
  • Partner with SAP SuccessFactors Preferred care and 3rd party implementation partner on product issues and capabilities for integrations.
  • Create Incidents on SAP Launch pad, partner with SAP on resolution.
  • Work as a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Human Resources or Business
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM in a hybrid solution model
  • Experience leading HR projects from start through completion
  • In-depth knowledge & understanding of multiple SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, Succession
  • SuccessFactors Module Certifications, HR Certification and/or Project Management.
  • 5 to 7 years relevant experience with HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes
