Job Description

Designs and implements development training programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction. Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. Facilitates design and implementation of reengineering and/or reorganization efforts. Advises on team design and performance. Provides development, coaching and training managers on leadership skills.

This position functions as an internal performance coach and consultant to increase workplace performance and leadership effectiveness as it relates to business goals. Improve bottom-line results in the areas of safety, engagement, quality, cost and schedule. Embeds themselves in the business and creates performance assessments. Provides development, coaching and training for all levels of management regarding leadership skills, business acumen, management effectiveness, change management and key performance indicators. Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. Advises on team design, performance and reorganization efforts. Develops strategies to enable leaders to improve business management and team performance by way of increased employee engagement. Tracks and documents performance improvement at the AOR and program level.

Basic Qualifications

6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); Microsoft Access and Visio, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, and SAP experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivallent experience/certifications
  • Six Sigma or Lean Certification
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement projects
  • Strong communication skills to lead project teams and facilitate events
