ADMINISTRATION GENERALIST 1

The Role

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

Must Have

HS Diploma/GED and 8 years of professional experience. Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience.  A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

 

Nice to Have

Knowledge of industry practices and standards. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.  Experience with Microsoft suite. Working knowledge of planning yard processes, good customer interface, good verbal and written communication skills.  Multi-tasking, customer service, detail-oriented.

 

  •  Experience with Microsoft suite.
  • Diagnostic and Prescriptive data analysis and reporting.
  • Access, Excel, and OneNote proficient.
  • Practical experience with Power BI and Share Point.
