Job Description

Clerical duties and performing other administrative support and reconciling accounts; verifying consistency, completeness, and accuracy of the ship. The Clerk maintains Items ordered and verifies shipping invoices. This position compiles and records production data for Ships Management of all materials, tags, and supplies. The Clerk will collaborate and communicate with management on calls, paging, tracking paperwork and updating the status of reports and forms.

Basic Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent. Computer skills and communication skills necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel & Access preferred. Some technical training highly desired.
