The Role
The Human Resources Assistant II provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while ensuring a high level of customer service, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors and assists with a variety of HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, scheduling, reporting, and general HR administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel record maintenance.
- Coordinate onboarding activities.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other HR documents.
- Respond to employee and applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
This position requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or clerical experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous Human Resources experience required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
