The Role

Shape Precision. Build Strength. Become an Inside Machinist

Join a team where your machining expertise directly supports the construction of some of the most advanced ships in the world. As an Inside Machinist, you’ll work with high‑precision equipment to create the components that keep these vessels operating flawlessly.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role perfect for skilled machinists who take pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and problem‑solving.

What You’ll Do
• Operate lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders, and other precision machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture high‑accuracy components.
• Machine threads and cut tapered shafts to exact specifications.
• Produce precision parts that integrate seamlessly into complex shipboard systems.
• Maintain strict quality standards to ensure reliability and long‑term performance.

What You Can Earn
Earn up to $37.52 per hour based on experience and technical skill.
