The Role
The Manager, Administration oversees daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strong organizational support. This role manages administrative staff, develops process improvements, and serves as a key resource to leadership. The Manager, Administration ensures workflows, communication, documentation, and service delivery meet organizational standards and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and workflow coordination.
•Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
•Manage budget tracking, procurement, administrative reporting functions, research, data analysis, and preparation of presentations or briefing materials.
•Coordinate cross-departmental communication and workflows to support operational goals.
•Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Must Have
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience.
A combination of completed education and experience may be used in lieu of degree.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

•Experience supporting senior leadership or managing cross-functional administrative operations.
•Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and performance reporting.
•Familiarity with organizational compliance
