Job Description
The Content Execution manager is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and delivery of creative content across multiple teams within the Integrated Communications & Strategic Marketing team. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, brand standards, and production timelines while managing a diverse team of creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Directly manage team leads across photography/video, graphic arts/branding, and imPRESSions.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for individual contributors and team leads.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows and improve first-time quality.
Content Strategy Execution:
- Translate strategic communications goals into clear, actionable production plans.
- Ensure content delivery aligns with brand standards, project deadlines, and organizational objectives.
- Maintain oversight of digital and print content output, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
Project Oversight & Prioritization:
- Oversee daily operations of content production, managing timelines and resource allocation across:
- Photography/Video
- Graphic Arts & Art Production
- Project Management
- Copywriting
- imPRESSions print team
- Act as a liaison between project management and execution teams to ensure efficient production pipelines.
Quality & Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase first pass yield and reduce rework.
- Collaborate with department leadership to implement tools and systems that enhance productivity and team performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant professional work experience, or Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 14 years relevant professional work experience is required.
- Must be a current team member in the Integrated Communications & Stakeholder Engagement department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate ability to manage high-volume, deadlinedriven
projects across print, video, and digital channels - Strong understanding of brand management,
production workflows, and creative quality control
standards - Experience using project management tools (e.g.
Monday.com) - Ability to communicate effectively with different roles from
technical creatives to senior leadership
