The Role

The Program Cost Control Analyst will support the Financial Systems Support Group by ensuring accurate, timely, and well structured financial data within SAP and BPC to enable effective project cost management and earned value reporting. This role is responsible for establishing project and WBS structures in SAP that support cost collection and compliant performance measurement, reconciling EAC ledger values to system based estimates, and managing multiple forecast and pricing versions within BPC for use in financial planning and project reporting.

Key tasks include inputting base adjustments at the WBS and cost center level, preparing quarter over quarter base comparison files to support overhead rate development, generating EAC pricing comparisons to identify cost change drivers, and loading overhead rates into BPC with subsequent validation of pricing outputs. The analyst will also update EAC and PMB rates within SAP, perform system based pricing checks, and participate in testing of SAP and BPC functionality during system patches, enhancements, and upgrades.

Must Have

6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or other related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree in related field .                       

Nice to Have

  • Candidates should demonstrate mid level to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables for managing large data sets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL based database tools is preferred.
