Job Description

This position is full time on site. Remote work is not available for this position. This role supports all ship programs, may be required to attend Plan of the Day meetings often held early in the morning and a variety of other meetings. Assists in the mitigation of material issues to ensure timely release to Craft. Identifies materials, components and related requirements from engineering and production specifications. Analyzes deltas between material on hand and material required. Assists in the location and movement of materials needed to support major milestones, locating lost material and assists with clearing up exceptions and non-conformaties to aid in the receipt of materials. Coordinates and follows up with production, warehouse, and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate procurement, scheduling, and movement of materials and services.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Must be able to work independently and in coordination with all members of the team. Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
