Job Description
Create and manage detailed documentation of business processes and systems functionality, including workflow, program functions and steps required to execute systems transactions/processes for the extended payroll team, schedule payroll meetings, prepare/distribute meeting agendas and record/distribute meeting minutes. Manage weekly employee payroll production support function ensuring that payroll is accurate, complete and timely prior to release. Manage Timekeeping/Payroll analysts’ participation in policy changes, system upgrades, and testing. Work with payroll analysts to process unique payroll items accurately and timely.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other IT related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections, hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
SAP experience is a plus.
